Castillo Wins R1 Player of the Week Prize Monday, July 4th , 2016 Jorge Castillo went on a week-long hitting spree against BSBL R1 pitchers and captured the Player of the Week honors. The SNB-R catcher battered the opposition for 10 hits, 3 home runs, 7 RBI and scored 4 runs. He hit .667 and posted a .783 on-base percentage. To date Castillo has chalked up a .405 average with 20 home runs, driven in 52 runs and scored 44 times. |
