Solano Picks Up Best PCAA Batter Honors for June Friday, July 1st , 2016 Octávio Solano put together a good June to earn the Pacific AA Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Hutchinson officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Salt Hawks right fielder posted a .386 batting average with 4 home runs, 13 RBIs and 20 runs scored. Solano on the season is batting .304 with 10 home runs. His totals include 26 RBIs and 43 runs scored. He has played in 76 games. |
